COVID-19 Testing
Step 1: Identify Symptoms or Exposure
Two groups of people should be tested for COVID-19:
People with symptoms & people who have had close contact* with a known/suspected case of COVID-19.
Symptoms include fever, fatigue, cough, body aches, runny nose, headache, diarrhea, and/or loss of taste or smell.
*Close contact means you have been within 6 feet of a known or suspected case for a total of 15 minutes over a 24 hour period.
Step 2: Visit our Clinic
Upon arrival, you may choose a rapid COVID-19 test or a PCR test to be conducted inside the clinic. For a rapid test, results are the same day. For a PCR test, results can take 3–7 days, depending on the testing lab.
Patients 21 years and younger may walk-in the clinic for a COVID-19 test, but adults 22+ years must pre-register for an appointment ahead of time through Virtual Care for Families.

We are only able to see pediatric patients (patients aged 21 and under) in the clinic for walk-ins at this time. If you are over the age of 21, we are happy to see you virtually by scheduling a telemedicine appointment. We are currently not seeing adult patients in our clinics for walk-in visits.
