Waived Copay Promotion
(In-Texas Patients Only)
Waived copays for virtual visits will meet the following terms and conditions:
- Only waived if it is COVID-19 related
- Patient must complete 100% of all practice’s paperwork including, but not limited to, accurate insurance information and financial information
- Patient must make the payment at the point of service and request a refund via email at billing@urgentcarekids.com
- Patient’s claim must first be fully processed by the insurance company prior to copays being refunded
- Campaign ends altogether at the end of the month, April 30th, 2020
