General Questions

What types of conditions do you treat?

We specialize in caring for a wide range of urgent health needs for children and young adults, including colds, coughs, sore throats, fevers, flu symptoms, ear infections, pink eye, skin conditions (like rashes, insect bites, and minor burns), minor injuries (sprains, strains, cuts, and stitches), asthma attacks, allergy flare-ups, stomach issues, urinary tract infections, sports physicals, and behavioral health screenings at select locations.

If your child's condition isn't listed, contact us — our team is happy to guide you to the right care.

When should I take my child to an emergency room instead?

We recommend visiting the nearest emergency room — or calling 9-1-1 immediately — if your child is experiencing:

  • Severe difficulty breathing
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Serious head or neck injuries
  • Seizures
  • Severe allergic reactions with swelling of the face or throat
  • Loss of consciousness

If you're unsure whether it's an emergency, call 9-1-1 or go straight to the nearest emergency room.

What ages do you treat?

We provide care for children and young adults from birth through 21 years of age.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We strongly encourage scheduling an appointment to save your spot and minimize your wait time. Walk-ins are welcome if you need care right away.

What services do you offer?

We offer pediatric urgent care, primary care at select locations, telehealth visits for urgent needs, sports physicals, and school health services through our SchoolMed program.
