November 6, 2012 Melissa Bauman

We are launching a series of insurance education posts in effort to inform our fans and patients about health insurance and how you can save big $$ just by learning the facts! Today we wanted to show you our CEO’s insurance card to show you how much LESS the typical co-pay is for Urgent Care compared to the ER!

If you aren’t sure when you should use Urgent Care instead of ER, check out our list of services below…we DO have X-rays  and lab services so don’t waste your time sitting for hours at the Emergency Room, check in online and be seen right away at Urgent Care for Kids and remember that we NEVER charge the ER copay, only the primary care or urgent care copay. Go look at your insurance card and compare your co-pay between Urgent Care and ER….And let us know, does anyone else have a big difference between the two?

Urgent Care for Kids is equipped to offer a full range of on-site diagnostic and rehabilitative services such as:

  • Office Visits
