Camp Physical Requirements
Normal Vitals Check
We check the patient’s height, weight, and vitals to ensure that nothing is out of the ordinary with the patient’s health.
We conduct a vision test for the patient where their vision has to be at least 20/30 to pass. If they fail, then they will need to see an optometrist for further examination.
We review the patient’s history with the parents/guardians to make sure they don’t have a history of ailments that would prevent them from participating in athletics such as congenital heart problems, recurrent concussions, current fractures, uncontrolled asthma, and more.
Physicals are usually good for 1 year until you have to get another updated physical.
