At Urgent Care for Kids, we make it a priority to appropriately evaluate and treat every patient who comes into our facilities. We also have negotiated flat rates with many insurance companies and offer cash pay discounts to pass these savings onto the families who we serve. Payment for services rendered is expected however. If you feel that you have a valid reason that your bill is incorrect or that you should not have to pay for services rendered, please fill out the form below.
Please note: We address all complaints bi-monthly in accordance with our billing policies. Urgent Care for Kids takes all complaints very seriously and they are reviewed by a board of our corporate team and medical directors. We will send you a response after our bi-monthly review and please understand that all decisions made after this point are final.
